You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the World using Fed Ex, U.S. Mail, and various freight lines. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected, and your shipment’s destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the actual weight, method of shipping, and number of boxes of your order.

Freight Shipments: If your order is deemed only deliverable via freight, we will provide you with a total shipping cost and expected delivery date prior to your order being shipped.
In an effort to give you the best possible ship rate all orders will be processed, weighed, billed out and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information and an invoice attached as a PDF file. The original invoice will also come with your shipment.
Because of the endless product combinations and packaging capabilities of each unique order placed with us, orders requiring more than one box to fulfill the order may cause the ship rate to increase. If that happens we will notify you prior to shipping your order. We DO NOT profit from shipping and we want to give you the Best Rate when you order with us.
Note:
C.O.D. shipments will incur a $10.50 additional charge initiated by FedEx. This charge is per box and will be added to your invoice and amount due. When ordering using the C.O.D method We will contact you with your shipping total and order total. All C.O.D. orders must be paid with a travelers check or money order payable to CWC Supply.
Some items will ship to you direct from the manufacturer. These items usually will consist of Waterfed Poles, Little Giant Ladders, Roof Rigs, & Pressure Washers. Most other items will ship direct from our warehouse.
FedEx offers 4 methods of delivery:
Ground, Express Saver, 2nd Day , & Next Day.
Fed Ex Ground is the most cost effective method and average ship time is 2 to 4 business days.
Outside the U.S. shipping times will vary depending on location.
Note: FedEx cannot deliver to Post Office Boxes
