You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the World using UPS, U.S. Mail, and various freight lines. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected, and your shipment’s destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the actual weight, method of shipping, and number of boxes of your order.
Continental United States: We will usually only ship U.S. Mail for small orders, under a pound, if it is beneficial for you or if you cannot receive UPS to your location.
Outside the 48 States and Global: Depending on your order we will determine the best rate between UPS and U.S Priority, and Global Express. We will contact you with ship rates prior to all overseas shipments to include Hawaii and Alaska.
Freight Shipments: If your order is deemed only deliverable via freight, we will provide you with a total shipping cost and expected delivery date prior to your order being shipped.
In an effort to give you the best possible ship rate all orders will be processed, weighed, billed out and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information and an invoice attached as a PDF file. The original invoice will also come with your shipment.
Because of the endless product combinations and packaging capabilities of each unique order placed with us we cannot provide an up front shipping price during your checkout process. The ship rate would always be more than your actual cost. We DO NOT profit from shipping and we want to give you the Best Rate when you order with us.
*All orders shipped from our warehouse will be packaged and weighed then shipped using UPS....At that time shipping charges will be added to your product order. We will inform you via e-mail with a total to include shipping costs as we process your order. You can select the "please contact me with ship rate prior to shipping my order" tab during the checkout process if you would like us to contact you before we process your order. A delay may occur if you are unavailable prior to our UPS pick-up.
Note:
C.O.D. shipments will incur a $9.50 additional charge initiated by UPS. This charge is per box and will be added to your invoice and amount due. When ordering using the C.O.D method We will contact you with your shipping total and order total. All C.O.D. orders must be paid with a travelers check or money order payable to CWC Supply.
Some items will ship to you direct from the manufacturer. These items usually will consist of Waterfed Poles, Little Giant Ladders, Roof Rigs, & Pressure Washers. Most other items will ship direct from our warehouse.
UPS offers 4 methods of delivery: Ground, 3-Day Select, 2nd Day, & Next Day.
UPS Ground is the most cost effective method and average ship time is 2 to 4 business days.
Outside the U.S. shipping times will vary depending on location.
