Shipping: All models will ship via freight directly from the manufacturer.
The difference between min's and maximums, is basically rough surfaces compared to smooth floor applications. For reference, the standard VacuBerm is our 4-ft. version, and the Vacuuming Surface Cleaner is our 21" version. This data gives you the performance to be expected, recognizing that wash water control is influenced by the user's care, strategy, and every jobsite is different.

Warranty
CSS LIMITED WARRANTY: All Sirocco™ products are warranted by Cleaning System Specialists Inc. (CSS), to be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use, for a period of ONE YEAR from the date of the original purchase. Items that fail due to normal wear on parts such as o-rings, hoses, seals, quick couplers, nozzles etc. or, damage resulting from neglect, abuse, tampering, or modification are not covered under this warranty. CSS will, at its option, repair or replace any part covered by this warranty which is defective under normal use for one year with no charges for parts or labor. All defects must be verified by an authorized CSS technician.
Exceptions to the one year warranty are for PARTS ONLY: Annovi Pumps: FIVE YEAR Warranty (LIFETIME Brass Manifold Warranty – Even against freezing); Heating Coils: FIVE YEAR Warranty.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: To the extent allowable under applicable law, CSS liability for consequential and incidental damages is expressly disclaimed. CSS liability in all events is limited to, and shall not exceed, the purchase price paid for the equipment. CSS liability is limited to repair or replacement of defective parts only, at the option of Cleaning System Specialists.

PROMPT DISPOSITION: CSS will make a good faith effort for prompt correction or other adjustments with respect to any product which proves to be defective within limited warranty. For any product believed to be defective within limited warranty, contact the dealer from whom the product was purchased. The dealer will supply you with additional directions. If you’re unable to resolve your issue satisfactorily, please write to Cleaning System Specialists at the address below, giving the dealer’s name, address, date of purchase, model, serial number, and describing the nature of the defect. If the product was damaged in transit to you, please file a claim with the freight carrier.
