CLEANSOL
Brushless House Wash and Painted Siding Cleaner
Description and Use:
Cleansol is a different concept in house washing. Utilizing the unique “Shine System”, your painted siding or gutters will look as good after washing as they did when new. It will also be protected from environmental damage and will clean more easily. This is just the beginning of the benefits that regular use of Cleansol will provide. In addition, it will remove all stains from gutters, generate great deck cleaning results, super fast rinsing, spot free drying and complete safety on paint, glass, and plants. Another benefit of Cleansol is that it will remove virtually any dirt, soil, or stain that is on a painted surface. This soap will rinse freely even if it dries on the surface. The product works equally well hot or cold but should not exceed 120° F. Cleansol is biodegradable and very safe for people even though it is a powerful cleaner.
Advantages:
*Brushless, powerful, biodegradable.
*Protects from environmental damage and can dry on surface.
Limitations:
*Does not remove deep mold and mildew staining, Britenol would be the product to use
*Polished aluminum could be whitened or browned by the soap. In this situation, Britenol can be used safely.

Protect:
Test and protect adjacent and surrounding surfaces not intended to be cleaned from exposure to the cleaning solution.
Pre-Testing:
Always test prior to beginning full-scale cleaning operations. Testing should confirm cleaning effectiveness on each type of surface and stain designated to be cleaned. Test also to determine the desired surface contact time and any potential for adverse reactions with adjacent materials. Allow test panels to dry thoroughly before evaluating final appearance and results.
Dilutions:
-Apply using pressure washer – up or down stream or low pressure spray applicator.
10:1 for difficult cleaning
20:1 for light soil
Undiluted for gutters and down spouts
Note: Dilutions will vary based on the severity of the stain and type of surface.
Suitable Substrates:
EIFS, synthetic stucco, glass, painted siding, gutters, vinyl awnings and wood
Application Instructions:
Cleansol was designed for use with a pressure washer by professionals but is safe enough to be used by the homeowner with brush or low-pressure sprayer application and using either hot or cold water. Brushless cleaning is that the product must be laid on the surface using two quick applications, which leads to complete soil release most of the time. High pressure rinsing is recommended. Water softeners are built into the product so water pretreatment is generally not necessary. Cleansol does not mix with bleach. If problem mildew occurs, a solution of Britenol, diluted 4:1 then applied, is generally effective for remedying this situation.
Coverage Rates:
Coverage rates will vary from 100 - 250 sq. ft. /gal. depending on the surface porosity, texture and severity of staining.
